CANCELLATION POLICY

A 30% fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged of the scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes you are considered a no-show and will need to reschedule. If you have any emergency conflicts, please contact me directly to try and work something out. Otherwise, you will be charged. After 2 no-shows, you will no longer be able to book through the booking site and will require a$50 non-refundable deposit that goes towards your service.
